Yes! We offer full customization options for our gaming pads. You can upload your own design, logo, or artwork to create a unique pad that reflects your personality and gaming style.
How do I clean my Pro Gamer Pad?
Cleaning is simple! Use a damp cloth or mild soap and water to gently wipe the surface. Allow it to air dry completely before use. Avoid harsh chemicals to maintain the quality of your custom design.
What type of mouse is compatible with my pad?
Our gaming pads are optimized for both optical and laser mice. The micro-textured surface ensures smooth, precise tracking, regardless of the type of mouse you use.

How long will shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on your location:

How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you an email with a tracking number so you can monitor its progress right to your door. You can also track your order by clicking here.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. You’ll be able to review the shipping cost before completing your purchase.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us at shipping@progamerpads.com as soon as possible. Once your order is in production or shipped, we are unable to make changes to the address.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return my Pro Gamer Pad if I change my mind?
We have a 30 day return policy for our pads with predesigned graphics. For our products that are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind or buyer’s remorse. Please carefully review your order and design before placing it.
What should I do if my product arrives damaged or defective?
If your Pro Gamer Pad arrives damaged or with a defect, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll either send a replacement or issue a refund after reviewing the claim.
How long do I have to request a refund or replacement?
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a replacement or refund for damaged or defective items. Please reach out to us within this time frame to resolve the issue.
Will I get a refund if my order is incorrect?
If you receive the wrong product or if your custom design is printed incorrectly, we will gladly issue a refund or send a replacement. Contact us within 30 days with details of the error, and we’ll fix it as quickly as possible.
